As a valued customer of 4 Seasons Lawn & Pest, I would like to share some exciting news with you. As of September 30th, 2019, 4 Seasons Lawn & Pest will become part of Senske Services. We are merging businesses and I have joined the team at Senske.

Senske Services is a leading lawn, tree and pest control service provider with its corporate office based in Kennewick, Washington. They have been a trusted source of lawn, tree, and pest control services since 1947 across Washington, Nevada, Utah, and Idaho with service locations in Meridian, Idaho Falls and Coeur d’Alene.

4 Seasons Lawn & Pest will operate under the Senske Services brand effective immediately, and will continue to provide your service locally out of their Meridian office. Senske Services is committed to providing you with continues quality services as well as delivering exceptional customer service support

Senske will continue to service your lawn with the applications you have authorized for this season at your current price. Pre-paid customers will have their lawn and other services delivered as agreed. If you have a balance from services provided prior to September 30th, please remit payment to this new address:

Beginning Monday, September 30th, 2019, all services will be provided by Senske and they will bill accordingly and provide you with an invoice and payment options.

The Senske Promise

We believe we offer the best products, services, and programs in the professional lawn, tree and pest control industry. When you invest in any of our services or programs, if you are ever dissatisfied with the result of any treatment, please notify us between regularly-scheduled services and we will return to your property at no charge to address your concerns.

We work with you to make sure you have the best possible result. Senske is founded on services that meet your satisfaction, or we do the job again.

 

Senske promises we will:

  • Apply every treatment to the best of our ability.
  • Provide an e-mail or text notification before every visit when requested.
  • Knock on your door upon arrival for service.
  • Clear lawn furniture, toys, and more prior to treatment.
  • Not get fertilizer in your pool.
  • Clean off all decks, walkways, driveways, and patios of fertilizer residue when completed.
  • Leave good, written comments, instructions, and recommendations.
  • Complete all service calls within 48 hours.
  • Complete all estimate requests within 48 hours.
  • Always be in clean, full uniform with our trucks and equipment clean at all times.
  • Arrive for our appointments as promised or call and let you know expected arrival time.
